Welcome to Dusk Haven Creation. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products

Dusk Haven Creation sells handmade items and digital products. 

Because many items are handmade, small variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise stated)

Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.

3. Shipping

Physical items will be shipping to the address provided at checkout. 

Dusk Haven Creation is not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me.

4. Digital products

All digital products are delivered electronically

Due to the nature of digital downloads:

• No refunds are offered once the file has been delivered
• Files are for personal use only
• You may not resell, share, or redistribute digital files

5. Returns & Refunds

If you experience an issue with a physical product, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis

Digital products are non-refundable

6. All designs, artwork, patterns, and content on this website belong to Dusk Haven Creation. 

You may not copy, reproduce, or use my designs without permission

7.Limitation of Liability

Dusk Haven Creation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or any products from this website.
